ESIL Inaugural Conference:
Accommodation

The month of May is considered ‘high season’ in Florence, and therefore hotel rooms are at a premium. To assist delegates, ESIL has secured a limited number of rooms in a variety of centrally located hotels, at preferential rates. The rooms have been reserved at these rates for the dates 13th-15th May (3 nights).

To secure a reservation, contact the hotel of your choice, ensuring you advise them that you are attending the ESIL conference, and they will handle your requests accordingly. Delegates must make their own arrangements for payment directly with the hotel of their choice. All prices shown are per person, per night, on a bed and breakfast basis.

Please note that hotels will allocate rooms on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so delegates are advised to arrange their accommodation as soon as possible. ESIL accepts no responsibility for arrangements agreed between delegates and hotels.
